How to update the billing information

From the homepage of your Twake, open the Settings application and go to the Storage section. Then, click on “Upgrade my storage” to open the subscription management panel. On the top of the page, you'll find a button to update your credit card information.

It’s not possible to update yourself the other billing information, like your address. If you need to update this information, please get in touch with us.
