My mycozy.cloud account has been migrated to Twake
Your MyCozy account has just been migrated to Twake.
Here is what this migration involves:
A new URL
If your account URL was https://claude.mycozy.cloud, it's new address is now https://claude.twake.app. Don’t worry, the previous address will continue to be valid, and will redirect to the new one. So everything will be transparent. If you shared documents using public links, the links will continue to work and allow your contacts to access the documents.
How to access my Twake account?
To connect to your account, just go to https://sign-up.twake.app/.
New Twake accounts are associated with a phone number. As long as you haven't fill in your phone number, you can connect using your account name or email address. In the connect form, click on Email / Username. You can use either your short account name (claude if your account is claude.twake.app)), or your Twake email address: claude@twake.app. Your password remains the same.
New applications
Twake Mail
You have been asking for it for a long time: you have now an email address associated with your account. If your account is claude.twake.app (formerly claude.mycozy.cloud), your email address is claude@twake.app.
You can read and write your emails using the Mail app in your browser, or by installing Twake Mail on your mobile phone:
Twake Chat
Similarly, you can now chat with your friends using the encrypted instant messaging protocol Matrix. If your account is claude.twake.app, your Matrix id will be @claude:twake.app.

Frequently asked questions
What does it mean for my public sharing links?
All your public sharing links are still valid. They will redirect to your new account.
What about the mobile app and the browser addons?
Every application connected to your account should keep working: the mobile applications Twake Workspace and Twake Pass, the browser addon Twake Pass. If you encounter any trouble, just try to disconnect the application and connect it again. Make sure your applications are up to date, as only the newest versions of the apps are compatible with the new Twake accounts.
