Subscribe to a plan

You can upgrade your Twake plan to access more storage and features.

  1. Go to Settings → Plans and options
  2. On this screen, you will see information about your current plan, click Manage my plan
  1. Browse available plans (Discover, Standard, Premium, etc.) and click Subscribe on the plan you want

4. Enter payment information

  • Review the Order summary
  • Fill in your payment details:Card holder nameBilling addressCard number, expiry date, CVC
  • Click Pay with card

5. Subscription confirmed

  • Your plan is successfully applied
  • A confirmation email is sent to your email address
  • Click Go back to my Twake to continue

- Your subscription is automatically renewed every 30 days
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your offer at any time. You subscription will take effect at the end of the period. For example: your subscription renews every 13th of the month, you cancel on the 4th, your subscription will end on the 12th evening.

If I cancel my subscription, what happens to my Twake? and to my data?

Your data remains your data! If you cancel your subscription, you will automatically switch to the free plan. If your Twake exceeds the conditions included in the free offer, then you will have time to free up space by deleting files, disconnecting certain connectors, etc until the monthly renewal date.

Can I change my subscription plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the subscription management page.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. By default, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

Is there any charge after a certain period of time on the free plan?

No! Our free offer is not a promotional offer! It's a full plan allowing you to discover and use Twake for as long as you like!

What payment methods are available?

To subscribe to an offer, the easiest way is to use your debit/credit card. However, if you are unable to do this, feel free to reach out to our support team : support@twake.app!
